About Advanced Maintenance Solutions
Advanced Maintenance Solutions, Inc. is a full service janitorial service company, which is incorporated and operated out of Beverly, Massachusetts and Londonderry, New Hampshire. Since our inception in April of 2003, we have taken great pride in giving our clients complete satisfaction in attaining mutual cleaning goals, with our owners having 58 years of combined experience in the cleaning field. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch giving the customer a sense of commitment second to none. AMS, Inc. has been an official vendor for the "Massachusetts State Contract" since 2009 and is currently servicing under the FAC81 statewide contract. AMS is also a BBB accredited business partner.

Scott has been in the cleaning services industry since 1986, and knows the importance of designing a cleaning specification that will suit your cleaning needs and budget. Scott continues to run and grow the company in a successful direction, handling corporate and sales responsibilities. Scott's clear message is that the "first impression to clients who enter your facility are important to your business and reputation". Scott knows that our clients depend on a reliable service where their visitors and employees can trust that a clean building will be ready for them at the beginning of the business day.
John has been in the cleaning service industry since 1980 working through the ranks in his earlier days as a janitor to running operations for large cleaning firms. John always wanted to form his own cleaning firm and in 2003 he decided to join forces with Scott to establish Advanced Maintenance Solutions, Incorporated. Scott and John had worked together in 1986 as co-workers, then in the mid nineties ran a cleaning firm together. It only made sense to start a cleaning firm and call it their own. John has been a respected leader and mentor in the cleaning industry for over twenty five years where he puts professionalism front and center in his approach to servicing his clients.
